Currently shortlisted for the B&T Diversity Award!
Most people think they understand what sexual harassment entails (and avoid such obviously ‘wrong’ behaviour, especially at work) but don't fully understand the subtle dynamics that contribute to creating an unequal workplace. Sexual harassment can be large incidents but can also about the everyday moments that add up to cause harm.
In an effort to foster a more equal workplace, PwC approached us to develop a series of work to help start a conversation about sexual harassment, empowering staff to step-up and be part of the solution.
Every day equal is a program and a rallying cry. It encourages employees to think about how everyday situations can become more equal. The work consisted of a film, a campaign and an eLearn with a series of interactive content, films and audio elements.
